Relora for Weight Loss

I’m sitting here on this Holiday Monday and I’m watching the Dr.OZ show (yes if nothing else is on I will watch Dr.OZ – hey there are some good fat loss and health tips on the show!). Anyways I heard him talking about a supplement called “Relora”.

Relora is supposed to reduce stress and relax you which will help those you turn to food when they are stressed out. I am lucky and I’m not personally someone who turns to food when I’m stressed, but I know it affects A LOT of people.

By reducing stress you can eliminate the stress induced eating, and in the end lose weight (or prevent weight gain).

Anyways I decided to do a bit of research on Relora to find out what it is exactly and if it is indeed effective for fat loss.

Relora is a 100% natural blend of two herbs – Phellodendron amurense and Magnolia officinalis. Apparantely these are in the bark of two plants that are found in China and Japan. I’ve also read that Relora is used in Chinese medicine.

Relora is said to regulate cortisol, reduce stress and anxiety, improve blood flow, and improve hormonal balance. All of these can lead to weight loss.

High cortisol levels can lead to weight gain, as it is believed to slow down your metabolism, increase blood pressure, and increase blood sugar. The Relora supplement can reduce and regulate cortisol levels.

Are their side effects for Relora? Right now there are no known side effects for Relora that have been documented. It is always important to check with your doctor before taking any supplement, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Can I buy Relora online? Yes, there are some websites that are selling Relora supplements, and the great things is that it is a very cheap supplement. Right now has Relora on sale for just $18.49 – click here to buy Relora. You will just need to search the site for the supplement and you will see it made by a reputable company called NOW.

How often do I take Relora? Check the bottle of Relora you purchase, but the one I recommended above is 1 capsule 2-3 times daily. Each capsule is 300mg of the supplement, so that would equal 600-900 mg per day.
